This 2-CD set features readings (in French) of Vincent VAN GOGH’s letters to his brother, Théo. The letters are entirely read and completed with a 16 pages booklet about Van Gogh’s life. Each letter is presented by writer Claude Mettra and read by actor Michaël Lonsdale. Claude Mettra is Van Gogh’s life in a sense, with its pains, torments and accidents which left eternal scars; and Michaël Lonsdale is Vincent’s inner voice, almost his soul.
