Another Henry Mancini title in the "Living Stereo" series on Spanish RCA Victor, who have reissued more than 30 of his famous 60s & 70s albums in recent years.

On this 1970 session, recorded in Hollywood, Mancini plays his strongest, and most familiar suit: film soundtracks.  Some of his own originals plus his versions of other famous film themes, including: "Patton", "Airport", "Casablanca", "The Adventurers", "The Molly Maguires" and the title track "Z".

The Orchestra includes Jimmy Rowles, Dick Nash (trombone), and Ted Nash (alto sax).
