Jussi Björling is one of the most prominent singers of the twentieth century and still a legend in the world of opera. These unissued recordings from his home stage are therefore quite a sensation. They were recorded by one of the administrators of the Opera, Valter Valentin, from the dress circle, which affords a unique sound experience.
