Tino Gonzales, the guitar-slinging Chicago 'chicano', returns again with another uncompromising, punchy, but groovy blues/rock album (his 4^th for Dixiefrog). A record clearly committed against the official political decisions of the present American government. Apart from two cool Latino instrumentals, Tino uses his lyrics to comment on recent developments in world affairs.

The rhythm section is as funky as it could be: with drummer Kenny Martin (Defunct, Jaco Pastorious, etc) and bass player Darryl Taylor (Kenny Burrell, Archie Bell, etc). But there's more: top blues harp-man and fellow Dixiefrog recording artist, Nico Wayne Toussaint, adds his considerable talent; as does brilliant new young Dutch guitarist, Sjors Nederlof - especially his amazing playing on the opening track.
