Very much a curiosity, this CD deserves to be heard for several reasons. First, of course, there are not too many Swedish-language Masses - and few in any language have been composed by a man whose main claim to fame is as a songwriter. But such was Olle Adolphson: a man of many parts, who died shortly after this recording was made. As well as the Mass, the CD contains half a dozen of his songs.
