This is a cleverly-packaged DVD and CD set, in this instance the DVD taking pole position.

Deepak Chopra is drawing on his immense experience as MD (doctor of medicine), with speciality in endocrinology, prior to becoming aware of self-healing and holistic medical practice, for which he is now so internationally renowned.

The subject matter of the DVD is essentially a lecture by Deepak to a number of medical specialists on the workings and benefits of using the mind to heal the body.  This is direct and to the point - there is little or no decoration to the essential message.

The CD is a collection of titles from the Rasa Music catalogue, perhaps offering the more eclectic side, which is not present on the DVD.
