Deepak Chopra releases another album of music and spiritual peace.  His teaching, founded on a strict medical background (he trained as an Endocrinologist, a thyroid specialist) but then moving into a more holistic approach, linking the mind and the body, spirit and health,  has struck a chord with many people in search of a more fundamental awareness of their own selves.

This double CD set aims to induce calm, through massage, Yoga and Relaxation on the first side, and to work on awareness on the second by guided meditation.

Not for everybody, although of real benefit to many.
