For many the oddly titled ‘I Hate Dancing’ will be the first introduction to her DJing skills but in Europe, Chloé is already a well established name DJ who has been in countless magazine and radio interviews across the continent. Chloé’s first loves are The Velvet Underground, Bowie and Eno. She was 15 years old when she learnt guitar, imitated Nico and worked on her own version of ‘Sunday Morning’ but by the age of 17 she discovered house music and raves and started DJing in 1995 at Paris’ legendary The Pulp. This mix takes all of these influences into consideration and delivers with an air of dancefloor sophistication. The pulse is there right from the start and in true contemporary fashion the momentum filled vibe is deep and heavy. Under the spell of Chloé we are led through rich electronic lands filled with swirling synths and tracky bass that jacks and writhes in constant evolution. We are bewitched by the cool subtlety that emenates from the measured track selection. With masters of the game such as Steve Bug and Reinhard Voight along side up and coming stars such as Robag Wruhme and Chloé herself.
