| In this collection of works by contemporary composers, virtually every member of the recorder family is used, fully exploiting the sonorities and new techniques available between these two well-matched instruments.The duo have performed regularly together since 1982 and in 1986 they were awarded the Menuhin Foundation prize, going on to give premières of many contemporary French works. In July 1998, they represented the French “avant-garde” at the Blockflute & Electronics festival in Amsterdam. |
