“When I conceived of this project....my intention was to record a set of music that touched upon nearly all the areas of blues and blues related music that make up my sound...... What was it that drove me crazy as a pre-teen, hearing Hank Williams, Bob Wills, Fats Domino, Elvis, Buddy Holly, Little Richard, Duane Eddy, big band music, Bill Haley, Chuck Berry and hundreds more? And a few years later in my early teens when I heard Lonnie Mack or Slim Harpo on my AM radio in Rhode Island of all places, what gave me goose bumps and sent me off to get my brothers guitar and try to figure out that sound that seemed to possess me? Must have been the ‘Blues’ I’d say!......So here I present to you my “World full of Blues”. There are many different aspects.... from down home Chicago style to jump and swing, sometimes we even get a bit funky! I sincerely hope you enjoy the ride as you much as I have.
