· Camille released her first album ‘Le sac des filles’ on Virgin France in 2003; a collection of fine French popsongs delivered in her now-familiar vocal style, which wanders between kittenish, coquettish and operatic.
· Camille then caught the attention of Nouvelle Vague, where she featured on a number of tracks on the first album and her vocal talents came to the fore.
· However, all of this was saving up for her second solo album, ‘Le fil’ which stormed France and surrounding territories with its audacity.
· This is a recording of a live set from the ‘Le fil’ period, with songs taken from both albums, proving that Camille’s vocal talents are not restricted to the recording studio.
