· La Theorie du K.O. is new, experimental, French indie band / project - fronted by vocalist D’ de Kabal, one of the leading activist-poets of the slam-rap scene.

· They create a dark, brooding atmosphere with Kabal’s deep, rasping, sometimes Beefheart-ian voice over the razor-sharp, buzz-saw guitars of Marc Ducret and (also in control of lap-top mix & effects).

· Bassist Professor K on bass and drummer Alix Ewandé lay down the deep, solid rock-soul foundations. This special 2CD set also includes a 36 minute DVD sequence on the making of the album.

· Franco Mannara was also a member of the Spoke Orkestra; and Alix Ewandé has worked with Terry Callier and Emilie Simon.
