It would be difficult to open a “Who’s Who of Show Business” and find a performer who had not appeared with Bing Crosby, at some time during his long career.

Memorable recordings sprung from his associations with the Andrews Sisters and Louis Armstrong, both of which are represented here; but his legendary partnership with Bob Hope produced a mere handful of sides and despite his numerous radio appearances with Al Johnson, Judy Garland and others, the portfolio is, again, woefully slim.

These collaborations on radio often provided the catalyst for some of Bing’s finest performances and it is hoped that this album will serve to illustrate the point. So, let’s join not only Bing Crosby but also a host of his famous friends in this delightful two for the price of one package of entertainment history
