| Nicole Morelle’s survey of organ music for the liturgy spans a period of some four and a half centuries, drawing on composers from France, Germany and Italy. She has arranged the programme into the four typical places within the French Catholic liturgy that call for organ music: Entreés, Offertoire, Communion and Sortie. The organ at Baugé has been restored and is classed as an historic monument. Mme. Morelle is titulaire at Baugé and has recorded two earlier CDs for the Quantum label, both on historic French organs.
