When the Husum festival of piano rarities began in 1987, it was small,courageous venture at a time when recitals were becoming predictable, andthe large record companies were concentrating on core repertoire. They havehave remained true to their course and the enthusiastic audiences at the soldout concerts in 2007 showed that Husum still has a formula which appeals.
