Drawing inspiration from the vibrant jazz scene in Paris, then looking with keen interest at the influence this has had over certain dance music creators (check out St. Germain’s Ludovic Navarre for example), the St. Germain Café series has, over the past 10 volumes, chronicled a hugely interesting wave of creativity.
The 10th volume is no exception; the first CD checks out the latest material, offering full-length, unmixed versions.
The second is a new departure for the concept. Will Holland, a.k.a. Quantic, has been called in to curate an entire CD from the vaults of the impeccable Tru Thoughts label. This gives access to a Nu Soul, Jazz and Funk mix, blended with Latin vibes, and it promises to be a bombshell!
