• Sandra Nkaké’s a singer endowed with an incredible voice. This is her debut album. She’s also a show-girl, a comedian and a dancer. Sandra is uncompromising, unique and authentic. In France she has appeared in many TV movies, feature films and theatre productions.

• She was born in Cameroon, in 1973 - and as a child moved regularly between Africa and France. Her influences are more international - and many and various : Soul, Jazz, Folk, Hip hop, Bulgarian voices, Flamenco..... Nina Simone, Jeff Buckley, Miles Davis, Joni Mitchell, Aretha Franklin, Björk, Bonnie Raitt, La Niña de los peines, etc, etc.

• She presents fourteen songs about love, sharing, communication, and sincerity - all composed or co-composed by herself, except a cover of Georges Brassens’ “La Mauvaise Réputation” which could have been written for her.
