The Commercial Hippies, aka Anton and Chesh, started their musical history together scratching up long play break beat records at various parties in and around Cape Town, but their typically rugged good looks and winning personalities needed a less claustrophobic environment to breath, so they left the night club high life and headed for the great outdoors where their love of nature (and of course banging psychedelic trance) evolved into the force that they are today.

Their first release "Where dreams come from" on Nano Records received a figurative standing ovation from trance lovers the world round and although maintaining to keep the success from going to their heads would be well understood if they let it do so.
