• Flux are a young Copenhagen-based band - full of energy and an eclectic approach to jazz, eagerly borrowing from rock, classical, world music and all eras of modern jazz - without losing their identity. This is a band who deserve to create strongly positive reactions in the UK jazz press.

• Musically, the band are led by Per Arne Ferner on guitar, and Mikkel Breck on flute; with Simon Linnert: piano; Jesper Thorn: bass; and Marc Lohr: drums, percussion. Musicians from several areas of Europe.

• The sound is energetic and edgy, but with lyrical sequences and complex rhythms and melodies. All compositions are by guitarist, Per Arne Ferner. Flux delivers music that is very much alive, honest and contemporary.

• Flux have received international attention and several awards; and have performed at clubs and festivals in Spain, Belgium, Finland, Denmark, Norway etc.
