The twentieth century has produce three great flute concertos by Nielsen, Jolivet and Ibert. All three are represented on this flute showcase disc along with Kent Kennan’s moving work, Night Soliloquy. Soyoung Lee has recorded CDs with Sony and EMI Korea and plays a Muramatsu 18k gold flute with a Faulisi 18k head joint.
