• After moving to Iowa he made a name for himself in that state and was inducted into the Iowa blues Hall of Fame in 2008

• At long last he has a nationally distributed album which properly spotlights his voice. He fronts a four piece band (two guitars, bass and drums) with tenor sax man Eddie Shaw guesting on four tracks
