• "Mi Corazón” is a product of her great love for and empathy with South American music. Out of 10 pieces, there are tunes from Astor Piazzolla, Anibal Trollo and Violeta Parra while the remaining seven were composed and written by Katja and the members of her band. They are an original blend of tangos, sambas, rumbas, and salsas based around the Orixá tradition called Candomblé.
