• An album which affords insight into the evolution of the MJQ with its new versions of "Django" and "Vendome" – the original 1952 version of "Vendome" is also included as a bonus track

• The LP’s title song cements the strong link with Lenox – when Mahalia Jackson gave a concert there Oscar Peterson bassist Ray Brown was inspired to write this piece
