• Big Blind is a young, rockin’ blues band from beach resort Noordwijk in The Netherlands, founded in fall 2006. Initially influenced by acts like Howlin’ Wolf, the Vaughan Brothers, The Red Devils, The Hoax, and labelmates Cuban Heels, they soon developed their own exciting style, using elements from various roots genres. With their punky attitude, they simply rocked the blues.

• They released their debut album “Dressed To Win”, consisting of originals only, in November 2007. It got rave reviews in all relevant Benelux music magazines and many dailies. The next two years were packed with gigs, festivals, radio shows & even TV.

• This is their 2nd album, “Circus Left Town”, released at the end of May 2009, but never issued in the UK (like their debut). Their success continued, but in 2010 they split up - but this is still a little classic worth picking up.

• Band members: Wesley van Werkhoven- vocals & blues harp; J.J. van Duijn- guitar; Dirk van Duijn- bass; Niels Duindam- drums.
