• On this album, which received a Latin Grammy nomination, Paula dips into the different eras of Brazilian music, tracing the story of Samba and its ensuing changes, exhibited by compositions from such icons as Luiz Bonfa, Tom Jobim, Johnny Alf and Doro Caymmi.

• She receives fine support from Marcos Valle, Joao Donato, Leo Gandelman, Ryuichi Salakamoto, and her husband Jacques Morelenbuam.
