• This deluxe 2CD set assembles rare, historic tracks recorded by Judy Garland for EMI, at Abbey Road Studios, between October 1957 and August 1964.

• Not only are 12 previously unreleased alternate takes included but, more significantly, a completely unknown/undocumented recording of a song called ‘Please Say ‘Ah’!’ - a charming duet with Saul Chaplin.

• This special collector's set comes in rigid book-style packaging with a finely detailed 32-page booklet, including rare photos and visual memorabilia, printed on luxury paper.

• These recordings have been remastered at Abbey Road Studios, in hi-definition 96kHz/24bit from the original analogue tapes. The sound quality is exceptional.

• There is also a supplementary booklet article written by the world’s leading Garland expert, John Fricke, and the CD cover features a previously unpublished photo by Milton H. Greene.

• From 1955 through 1964, Judy Garland was one of the most celebrated, acclaimed, and best-selling artists on the EMI/Capitol roster. Following her ‘comeback’ success in the movie ‘A Star is Born’, in 1955, she rebuilt her career, culminating in the hugely successful ‘Judy at Carnegie Hall’ double album in 1961, winning four Grammy Awards.
