• Born in New York, Chip Taylor is best known as a songwriter. He composed “Wild Thing”, “Angel of the Morning”, “I Can’t Let Go”, “Anyway That You Want Me”, “Try (Just A Little Bit Harder”, and many other hits. He has also had a successful career as a country-pop recording artist & performer, releasing around 20 albums on labels including Capitol, Warners, Columbia, Buddha and his own Train Wreck label.
