• The Suitcase Brothers are dynamic country blues duo formed by two Spanish brothers: Pere Puertas, guitar and vocals, and Victor Puertas, harmonica, piano and vocals. Their authentic style grew from being bought up on blues records, and living in the US for some years.

• They present a well-chosen selection of blues standards by artists including Big Walter Horton, Jimmy Rodgers, Peg Leg Howell, Jazz Gillum, Sonny Boy Williamson 1, Sonny & Brownie, Bo Carter, and others. On these skilful, atmospheric performances, they are joined on some tracks by guest musicians on sax, piano, bass & drums.
