• ‘Clouds’ is the debut album of ‘Britah’ - but this is the alter ego of the multifaceted and wayward Swedish singer and composer Josefine Lindstrand, who in 2009 released her critically acclaimed debut album, ‘There Will Be Stars’, and was awarded a best Jazz in Sweden award the same year.

• She has recorded 2 albums (‘Parades’ and ‘Under Giant trees’) with Danish electronica band Efterklang; performed and recorded with American pianist Uri Caine and English musician-composer Django Bates; and toured extensively in Europe, USA and China.

• With an intuitive musical lightness, ‘Clouds’ moves between quirky pop and dramatic ballads, with touches of jazz, and Nordic soundscapes. Kasper Eistrup from the Danish rockband Kashmir joins in a duet on one track, and sublime trumpeter Gunnar Halle is on a number of songs.
